LIVE DEMO · WHATSAPP MONITORING

This is how your team finds out the line has a problem

You're looking at a real conversation thread from a production WhatsApp group. Over two weeks, PackGuru posts condition-based alerts — a suspected vacuum leak, a sensor drifting, a robot slowing down — before the line stops. The team reads them, acts on them, and closes the loop, all in the same chat they already use.

⚠️ Warning — CBM alert
Suspected vacuum leak in Cap sorter, Robot 2. Pick time above threshold since 01:15. Check the hose. https://app.packguru.ai/demo/procedure/315feff3-8778-4659-8bf2-b9b60ac8e097

Saw the PackGuru alert — Robot 2 pick time is up. Running at 85/min to be safe. Line is still going, no stops yet.

I'll pull the hose at the next break and check. CBM data shows the drift started around shift 2 yesterday — slow build, not a sudden failure.
07:45
Checked it. Hose is worn but holding. No replacement needed today — monitoring it. Line back to full speed.

Week wrap — L43 ran at target speed all week, 96.2% OEE. Zero unplanned stops on the cap sorter. Good week.

Damaged vacuum hose
Found the cause of that Mar 30 CBM alert. Hose had been taking repeated hits from the outfeed robot — 10 separate stops logged from Delta 3. New hose in. Line is back up.

That hose is destroyed. Good thing PackGuru flagged the pick time — we'd have missed this until it caused a real stoppage.

We need to reroute that hose so it's clear of the collision zone. I'll raise a maintenance task.

Shift 3 done — 98/min, no stops, all robots clean. Cap sorter running perfectly since the hose fix.

📉 Speed drop — Robot 1
Line running at 96/min vs target 100/min. No alarms, no stops — throughput loss is gradual. Root cause analysis available. https://app.packguru.ai/demo/document/a4c2e017-3b19-4a1e-b203-2f19d8c4f001

Nothing came up on shift handover. What's the root cause?

Air filter on Robot 1 showing restriction signature — cycle time up ~4% vs baseline. Likely clogged filter. Cleaning the filter should recover full speed. Step-by-step procedure attached.

On it. Going to check the filter now.
09:02
Found it — piece of foil stuck in the filter. Classic. Cleaning it now.

No alarm, no stop — we'd never have caught that without PackGuru

Filter clean, back to 99/min. Lost maybe 2h of output — small hit. We've got to use these alarms on all machines.

It has to be pulled and cleaned. Happens every few weeks with TANK 1 in summer.

Jason
Cleaned and back in. Full pull — took 20 min. Sensor reading normal now, no line impact.

Same pattern as Robot 2 in March. This is the fitting — vacuum cup seat is cracked. Running at 82/min while we wait for the part.

Two weeks, zero unplanned stops, one hose replaced on schedule instead of mid-shift. No new app to install, no dashboard to learn — the alerts come to where your team already talks.
